Currently, we do not offer Pick Up, although we do offer Free Shipping for all orders to the continental United Sates. We also have physical locations in Hawaii, Louisiana, and Florida. Click here to be taken to our location page for address and contact information of our physical stores.
Our website is brand new as of February 2023. To ensure we can deliver all items purchased on our online store in a timely manner, we are starting with a limited selection of our socks. We will continue to add new styles and build our online offering over the coming months. For a larger selection of socks, please visit one of our physical locations found on the Our Locations page.
Our socks can be washed in cold water with similar fabrics. We recommend avoiding washing with abrasive materials as this can pill the socks or cause rubbing. You can hang to dry after or tumble dry on low.
All of our socks are based on standard US shoe sizes. Many products are labeled Men’s and Women’s for general sizing purposes, but in most cases, one size fits most. Please visit our Sizing & Materials page. page here for more information.
We produce our socks with two main techniques – Printed and Woven. The first (printed) is a process where the socks are pressed within a high-temperature machine to transfer the vivid, colorful designs our team creates. The process also renders the socks a bit thinner and lighter feeling.  The second (woven) is knit traditionally and is not run through a heat press. This leaves the socks feeling thicker and softer.

Our Customer Experience team can take up to 3 working days to respond to customer inquiries based on ticket volumes. Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. During sale periods or the holiday season, our response time may be longer due to increased volume. Our team will always try their best to get back to you as quickly as possible, your patience is appreciated.
When your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link. Click ‘Track your order' to see the status of your shipment. The tracking number provided will give you the most up-to-date information on your order.
Please double check your checkout information before you complete your order—we’re unable to modify or make edits once it’s been placed. If we receive your order back to our warehouse due to an incomplete/incorrect address, we will be in contact to collect the correct information. Additional shipping fees may apply.

While we manufacture socks that are exclusive to us at Just Fun Socks, we currently do not offer one-off custom socks for individuals or businesses.
