ONLINE EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS
You may return/exchange most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is outside of the 30-Day window you may receive store credit. The customer is responsible for shipping the socks back, unless the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We can provide return labels for US customers, which are emailed with return instructions. You may also return most items purchased online in store within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that the product must have tags attached and a receipt must be presented at time of return. If the return does not meet these requirements the customer may only receive store credit.
You should expect to receive your refund on the form of payment provided within 7-10 days of Just Fun Socks receiving your package. Please make sure to consider the time taken to process your return once it is received (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (3 to 7 business days) in all shipped returns.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the socks as being worn. justfunsocks.com is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. FAQ Regarding Returns & Exchanges
How are my refunds credited?
Once your returned items are received at our facility and have been inspected to ensure they're in 'new' condition, we will immediately issue a refund for the value of the items returned. This refund may take 1-10 business days to reflect on your statements, depending on your bank or credit provider. Please keep in mind that your initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
Do I need a receipt from my purchase?
Including a receipt from your purchase will help us locate your order and process your refund more efficiently. You can find your order confirmation in your emails from the day you made the purchase. Please print this order confirmation page or include your order number in your return package.
Are there restocking fees?
No! Just Fun Socks provides free returns and exchanges, meaning we do not charge any restocking fees. If you're not satisfied with your order, simply send it back with your information and desired outcome!
What information should I include in my return package?
To help us process your return or refund, please include your order number, full name, contact information, and whether you're looking for a return or an exchange. Any other information that may help us provide you with the best customer service is also welcome!
