Experience complimentary shipping for all U.S. orders valued at $35 or more. After a processing period of 1-3 days, your package will be dispatched and is expected to arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 days, totaling an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days from order placement. Please note that these times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
SHIPPING TO CANADAJust Fun Socks is excited to offer shipping to our customers in Canada. Please note that any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient as dictated by Canadian law.
ONLINE EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
You may return/exchange most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is outside of the 30-Day window you may receive store credit. The customer is responsible for shipping the socks back, unless the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We can provide return labels for US customers, which are emailed with return instructions. You may also return most items purchased online in store within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that the product must have tags attached and a receipt must be presented at time of return. If the return does not meet these requirements the customer may only receive store credit.
You should expect to receive your refund on the form of payment provided within 7-10 days of Just Fun Socks receiving your package. Please make sure to consider the time taken to process your return once it is received (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (3 to 7 business days) in all shipped returns.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the socks as being worn. justfunsocks.com is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
